2025 Nissan Z continues at $44,110, adds Bayside Blue

With the Nissan GT-R set to bow out of production this summer, Nissan has decided to make its iconic Bayside Blue color available on other models, starting with the Z.

With the Nissan GT-R ending production this summer, Nissan is bringing its iconic Bayside Blue color to other models—starting with the Z.

This distinctive shade, made famous by the R34-generation Skyline GT-R, is now available on the 2025 Z, with orders opening this week.

Also new for 2025 are two two-tone options: Pearl White Tricoat with Super Black roof and Solid Red with Super Black roof. No word yet on whether Midnight Purple is next.

Pricing remains unchanged from last year: the base Z Sport starts at $44,110, the Z Performance at $54,110, and the Z Nismo flagship at $66,890—all including a $1,140 destination charge.

The 2025 Z features a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 producing 400 hp in standard models and 420 hp in the Nismo. The Nismo comes exclusively with a 9-speed automatic, while other trims offer a 6-speed manual at no extra cost.

Even the base Z comes well-equipped: 18-inch wheels with Yokohama ADVAN Sport tires, leather-wrapped steering wheel, 8.0-inch touchscreen, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. The Performance model adds Bose audio with eight speakers, 9.0-inch navigation screen, leather seats, mechanical limited-slip differential, upgraded brakes, and 19-inch Rays forged wheels with Bridgestone Potenza S007 tires.

Introduced for 2024, the Z Nismo delivers extra power plus Nismo-tuned suspension and brakes, Recaro sport buckets, and revised aerodynamic bodywork. It rides on 19-inch Rays wheels with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT600 tires—285/35 at the rear. The Nismo's wheels measure 10.0 inches wide at the front and 10.5 at the rear, a half-inch wider than the Performance model's, yet Nissan claims they're actually lighter.

The Z Heritage Edition, added for 2024 to celebrate 55 years of the Z nameplate, is no longer available.
